小包装全氟乙烷在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察国产小包装全氟乙烷（C2F6）在玻璃体视网膜手术中的治疗作用。方法采用环扎和（或）加压联合玻璃体切割手术，全气液交换并注入国产小包装C2R，对22例视网膜脱离患眼进行治疗，观察视网膜的复位率．气体的眼内动力学及其对眼组织和眼压的影响。结果 经过3月～1a的随访，视网膜的复位率达72．73％，小包装气体对眼组织无毒性，术后第1d、2d、3d、6d的眼压分别为（32．02±10．17）mmHg、（23．21±5．82）mmHg、（20．00±4．14）mmHg、（17．44±4．56）mmHg（1kPa=7．5mmHg），眼内寿命为（29．44±3．69）d，眼内半衰期为（12．25±3．49）d。结论 小包装国产C2R不仅安全、可靠，临床使用方便、经济，而且便于携带、储存。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of small packaged home-made perfluoroethane （C2F6） in vitreoretinal surgery. Methods Tewentytwo cases （22 eyes） with retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy, scleral buckle procedure, fluid/gas exchange and C2F6 tamponade. During the follow-up period of 3 months to 1 year, the retinal reattachment rate, the effect of small packaged gas on ocular tissue, intraocular pressure and intraocular gas dynamics were observed and evaluated. Results The retinal reattachment rate was 72.73%. No toxic effect could be found. The intraocular pressure on the 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day and 6th day postoperatively was （32.02 ± 10.17）mmHg, （23.21±5.82）mmHg, （20.00 ±4.14） mmHg, （ 17.44±4.56 ） mmHg （ 1 kPa = 7.5 mmHg） respectively. The tntraocular gas longevity was （29.44 ± 3.69 ） days and the half-life time was （12.25±3.49） days.Conclusion The small packaged home-made C4F6 Is not only safe, reliable, but also effecttve and economical In vttreorettnal surgery.
