摘 要:针对各种视频应用领域的实际要求,提出了一种新颖的视频压缩后处理算法.该算法将自适应邻域的思想引入到视频信号的后处理中,能够同时高效地抑制采用基于块的变换编码和基于块的运动补偿技术的视频压缩算法产生的振铃噪声和块效应,并能出色地保存图像的边缘.大量的实验数据和实际应用的效果都显示,本算法不仅获得了良好的主观视觉效果,而且在客观评价方面比现有的各种方法都有显著的提高.Video Post-filtering is an important technique in all kinds of real-time video application fields and other related areas. Most video compression standards, including ITU-T H. 263, MPEG-4 and H. 264/MPEG-4 AVC, use a block-based DCT transform and a block-based motion compensation. This kind of coding technique will inevitably introduce ringing noise and blocking artifacts in decoded picture. This paper apply the concept of adaptive-neighborhood statistics to video post-filtering and propose a novel algorithm. It can restrain both noises without blurring the edge information. The experimental data and the factual effect in commercial application all show our algorithm not only provides better visual quality but also gives a prominent improvement in PSNR compared with many other algorithms in existence.
