摘　　要：介绍了一款基于高性能DSP和ARM9控制器的嵌入式网络视频监控系统。该系统利用DSP ADSP-BF533,完成模拟图像的实时采集与视频图像MPEG-4标准的实时压缩,采用ARM9处理器为核心芯片控制并完成数据的网络传输与本地存储等服务。主要介绍了监控终端的系统硬件框架结构与软件处理流程,并给出了采集模块与控制与接口模块的软硬件设计的具体实现及性能指标。Introduces the design and implementation of a DSP＆ARM9 based network embedded video monitoring system. ADSP - BF533 is utilized as the CPU to implement image acquisition and MPEG - 4 coding , ARM9 is designed to sent real - time stream of image to net and save data in local harddisk. The system architecture and flow are presented, then the software and hardware design and implementation of the image acquisition module and network server and interface module are presented in detail.
