摘 要:温度检测装置由前端温度采集系统与后台PC机组成,实现了远程数据采集模式。用温度传感器对外界温度进行采集,数字电位器X9313实现A/D转换功能,单片机系统将数据通过RS-232接口传给PC机,由PC机控制单片机,进行数据的实时接收、保存、并在显示器上绘制出直观的曲线图。使调节工作实现自动化,与采用A/D→数控→D/A的方法相比,具有结构简单、使用方便、测量准确和可靠性高等优点,可广泛应用于工业温度测量中。The temperature examining device consists of the preceding extremity system which collects outside temperature to Chip Microprocessor and the PC set which is backstage supporter. It achieves the long-range collecting. The device collects the outside temperature by the temperature sensor, and performs A/D conversion by the digital potentiometer 9313. The Chip Microprocessor system transmits the data to the PC set through the RS - 232 interface. The PC set controls the Chip Microprocessor to achieve data's real time receiving, saving and drawing out visualized chart upon display. It can make the regulation work automatic. Compared with general methods using A/D→digital control→D/A, it has many advantages such as simple structure , user-friendly, higher measurement accuracy and reliability, which can be widely used industrial temperature measurement.
