摘　　要：自20世纪90年代后半期以来,跨国公司在华企业得到了长足的发展,外商对我国直接投资表现出明显的“独资化”倾向。本文对这一现象发生的原因和可能对我国造成的影响进行了分析,并提出了我国利用外资的对策。Since the later stage of the 1990s, transnational corporations＇ constituent companies in China have achieved remarkable development; there has been a tendency that the wholly foreign owned enterprises become the most popular mode for foreign investors in China. The paper analyses the causes and the influences of the tendency, and proposes china＇ strategies in mak- ing use of overseas investments.
