外伤性睫状体脱离缝合复位术后高眼压的原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性睫状体脱离缝合复位术后眼压升高的原因。方法回顾分析24例外伤性睫状体脱离缝合复位术后眼压升高的8例患者的临床资料,通过房角镜及UBM检查了解术后眼压升高的原因。结果术后4例为一过性眼压升高,3例为房角后退所致,1例因缝合靠前,房角粘连所致。结论术前应用UBM检查充分了解睫状体脱离和房角情况,并掌握操作技巧可避免或减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the cause of ocular hypertonia after operation of direct cyclopexy for traumatic cyclodialysis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 8 cases with ocular hypertonia from 24 cases who had undergone direct cyclopexy surgery. To explore the cause of postoperative ocular hypertonia ,all patients were examined by the aid of gonioscope and ultrasound biomicroscope（UBM）. Results The intraocular pressure was high fransiently in 4 cases after operation, and 3 cases with ocular hypertonia because angular recession ,and 1 case with synechia of anterior chamber because the suture place was not proper. Conclusion The detailed examination with UBM to master the location of cyclodialysis and the chamber, together with better operative skill is benefit to reduce or avoid complications.
