摘　　要：主要介绍了乳化沥青冷再生拌合楼设计制造的关键技术,拌合楼生产性能的验证试验,以及乳化沥青冷再生技术在沪宁高速公路扩建工程中的应用情况,并就乳化沥青冷再生混合料的经济性进行了对比分析。This paper presented the key technology of designing and manufacturing of the emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixing plant,and introduced the test of the mixing plant performance and the practice in Huning expressway extension project, the analysis of the economics of the cold recycle mixture is also offered.
