摘　　要：民间文艺制度是相对于“官方”及其文人文艺制度而言的隐性、无形、潜在的民间约定俗成的文艺制度形式,它的构成主要有:在原始巫术、原始宗教、原始崇拜和礼仪仪式中保留、传承和发展下来的原始文艺制度形式;依附于民间风俗惯例和文化传统的习惯法、自然法而建构起来的文艺制度形式;民间文艺在传承、传播和发展中建构起自身保护和保障的文艺制度形式。它们相互作用、相互补充构成民间文艺制度整体,成为社会文艺制度必要的组成部分。Folk art system is a hidden,potential and commonly accepted art system in contrast with the official one. Its components mainly are ： the primitive one that is succeeded and developed in the primitive witchcraft, primitive religion, primitive worship and ceremony; the one relying folk customs and cultural tradition; the one that forms and constructs to protect itself. They interact with each other to form the folk art system and become the necessary components of social art system,
