以腹痛为主要症状的青年人结肠癌11例临床诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨青年人结肠癌的临床特点。方法:对11例青年人结肠癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:青年结肠癌多数病程短,临床症状无特异性,初诊误诊率高,治疗效果较差。结论:青年结肠癌较中老年结肠癌相比具有分化程度低,恶性程度高、生存率低的特点,正规的客观检查是提高青年结肠癌早期诊断与治疗良好预后的关键。Objective： To explor the clinical character of the young cases of colonic cancer. Methods ： Collecting young cases of colonic cancer who had been in hospital from December in 1997 to December in 2005 and retrospctivly analysing their datum. Results：The young cases mostly have the shorter course of diseases , the characterless symptom, the higher rnisdiagnosis rate and bad therapy effect. Conclusion：Camparing with the eldly cases , the young cases have the lower differentiation degree, the higher malignant degree and the lower survival rate. So normal physical examination is the key of early diagnosing and curing the young cases of colonic cancer.
