摘　　要：对于如何提高学科资源导航库的利用率这一重要问题,文章综合提出加强特色化建设、及时更新维护、培养建设人才、采用先进技术、进行科学管理以及经费保障等一系列解决途径。Aiming at the important problem of how to raise the utilization rate of subject navigation database, this paper elaborates a series of methods to solve the problem, such as, strengthening the characteristic construction, renewing and maintaining timely, cultivating gifted personnel, introducing advanced technique, practicing scientific management and providing expenditure guarantee, etc..
