摘　　要：目的研究黑色素瘤相关抗原基因A3(MAGE-A3)抗原肽负载树突状细胞(DCs),在乳腺癌动物模型免疫治疗中的作用。方法采用MAGE-A3抗原肽负载树突状细胞,过继免疫治疗乳腺癌的小鼠模型,观察其治疗效果。结果抗原负载的DCs治疗组的生存率(100%)、抑瘤率(76·3%)明显高于对照组(P<0·05);肿瘤转移率(22·2%)低于对照组(P<0·05)。同时,治疗组的小鼠生存质量高于对照组。结论MAGE-A3抗原肽负载DCs疫苗是一种比较安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To study the role of treating rat breast cancer with immunotherapy by dendritic cells（DCs） loaded with peptide derived from melanoma-associated antigen gene-A3（MAGE- A3）. Methods DCs loaded with peptide derived from MAGE-A3 were adopted to treat the breast cancer of mouse model. The therapeutic efficacy was investigated. Results The treating group with DCs loaded with peptide had higher survival rate and restraining tumor growth rate than the control group with PBS. But the treating group had lower tumor metastasis rate than the control group. The treating group had better survival quality than the control group as well. Conclusion DCs loaded with peptide are a safe and effective therapeutic tool in immunotherany.
