摘 要:传统的供应链分销网络设计大多只考虑了成本或利润,这显然是不够的。本文从顾客的角度出发,通过模糊综合评价法分析分销网络中各个待选企业的服务水平,建立了一个包含了成本、顾客服务水平和对市场响应速度三个目标的供应链分销网络的数学模型。运用最小费用最大流算法得到若干方案,最后采用模糊多目标格序决策进行方案优选。In the traditional design of distribution network, designers often consider cost or profit as the obiect, but it is not enough. Based on this, this thesis evaluated the alternative link and nod in the distribution network from the angel of customer through the fuzzy synthesis judgement. Finally this thesis constructed a model which included three objects and offered the .solution, first using the minimum cost and maximum flow gained some scheme, then using fuzzy multiobjective lattice-order decision chose the best scheme.
