摘  要:采用了固相粉末烧结法、脉冲激光沉积法(Pulsed Laser Deposition)和溶胶—凝胶法(sol—gel)3种方法,制备出了La0.8Ca0.2MnO3(LCMO)巨磁阻粉末样品和在硅基底上诱导生长的薄膜样品。用原子力显微镜(AFM)、光学显微镜以及X射线衍射(XRD)对所得样品进行了结构表征。系统地研究了热处理条件对LCMO结晶形貌的影响。结果发现硅基底上的LCMO薄膜因受到诱导从而呈现出定向生长的现象,表现为类似“花”状的形态;对于固相法制备的样品,则呈现出无定型的多晶形态;对于脉冲激光沉积法制备的样品呈现出均匀致密的多晶薄膜。The La0.8Ca0.2MnO3 powder and epitaxialLa0.8Ca0.2MnO3 thin film on the substrate of silicon water were prepared usmg three different methods: standard solid - state reaction method, pulsed laser deposition method, and sol-gel method. The obtained samples were characterized by atomic force microscopy, optical microscope, and X - ray diffraction for their appearance and structure. The effect of synthetical conditions on the appearance and structure, such as heat treatment process were studied. The results show that the epitaxial thin film appeared to be oriented and display the figure of petal, which was different from the amorphous polycrystalline powder sample, whereas the sample fabricated by the pulsed laser deposition appears to be polycrystalline state which was uniform and compact.
