摘　　要：介绍了当前先进的J2EE规范和组件技术,以及面向对象的统一建模UML的方法,阐述了建立组件的UML模型来开发J2EE应用系统的优越性与方便性。并以学生就业管理系统为例,来说明J2EE各组件的应用模型的开发。This paper introduces the current advanced standards of J2EE and the component techniques, and the object-oriented method of the unified modeling （UML）, expatiates on the superiorities and the conveniences of developing the J2EE application system by establishing the IJML model of components,and takes the student eanployment management systean as an example to explain the development of the application model of each J2EE component.
