摘　　要：主要介绍了电能对电力系统的影响和谐波参数的计算方法,其中包括应用快速傅立叶变换求取基波和谐波的幅值、相位,利用相关方法求取信号的相位差等,最后介绍了虚拟电能分析仪的系统设计,包括硬件接口电路设计及虚拟仪器用户界面设计。The article describes the application of Lab Windows/CVI in electric energy quality measurement. It then discusses the influence of electric energy on power system and the computational method of harmonic parameters, which includes evaluating amplitude value and phase of lowest frequency and harmonic by fast Fourier transform, and calculating signal phase difference by method of correlation. It also presents the systems design of virtual electric energy analysis instrument, including the design of electric circuits for hardware and software.
