摘　　要：运用文献资料等方法,对中日两国体育社会指导员的管理体制、权限划分进行综合比较,找出两者存在的差异,为新时期我国体育社会指导员的进一步科学化管理提供参考。A synthetic comparison was made concerning the management system and authority division of the social athletic directors in China and Japan using the method of documentation. The findings showed that there existed great difference between the two. The aim of the study was to offer reference for the more scientific management of the social athletic directors in new period.
