摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,我国逐步建立了职业资格证书制度,并使之成为我国劳动就业制度的重要组成部分。我国的职业资格证书制度是在一定的经济与社会背景下生成的,并有一定的法律法规依据。但是,从目前的情况来看,我国的职业资格证书制度存在一些现实问题,例如,职业资格证书的社会地位、社会化程度与普及率不高,与学历文凭缺乏实质的沟通,相关法律法规也有待进一步完善。这些问题意味着我国职业资格证书制度某种变革的可能。Since 1990s, China has gradually established a vocational qualification certificate system, and it has been become an important component of Chinese employment. This system has been produced in the generation of economic and social background, and has a certain legal basis. However, from the present situation, the vocational qualification certificate system still has some practical problems, such as vocational qualification certificate communication diploma social status, and degree of qualifications, relevant laws social coverage is not high, and the lack of real and regulations has yet to be further improved. All these problems mean it possible that some of our vocational qualification certificate system may be transformed.
