摘 要:目的 观察外源性正常淋巴液对高分子右旋糖酐(Dextran500)致大鼠血液流变性异常的干预作用。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠30只,随机分为淋巴液组、模型组和对照组,静注10% Dextran500(10ml/kg·bw)复制急性血液流变性异常模型(对照组以等量生理盐水代替)。6min后,淋巴液组自颈静脉缓慢推注肠淋巴液(全血量的1/15),其它两组以等量生理盐水代替。40min后,观察血液流变学指标及红细胞流变学指标的变化。结果 模型组全血黏度、全血相对黏度、血浆黏度、Hct、ESR、红细胞电泳时间显著高于对照组(P〈0.05~0.01):模型组和淋巴液组红细胞电泳率、细胞迁移率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);淋巴液组全血相对黏度、Hct、ESR、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞变形指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05~0.01),且全血黏度、全血相对黏度、全血还原黏度显著低于模型组,红细胞变形指数均显著高于模型组和对照组(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论 外源性正常淋巴液能明显改善Dextran500所致的急性血液流变性异常。Objective To observe the effects of exogenous normal lymph on abnormal hemoiTheological properties caused by Dextran 500. Methods 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: lymph group, model group and control group. The acute abnormal hemorrheological property model was established by intravenously Dextran 500 ( 10ml/kg. bw). Dextran 500 was replaced by equivalent normal saline in the control group. 6 minutes later, lymph without cell components was infused in lymph group; the amount of lymph was 1/15 of blood volume. In other groups, lymph was replaced by normal saline. After 40 rains, the changes of hemorheology indexes, electrophoresis and deformability of erythrocytes were determined. Results The whole blood viscosity, relative viscosity, plasma viscosity, Hct, ESR, electrophoresis time of erythrocytes in model group were significantly increased than those of control group (P 〈 0.05 ~ 0.01). Electrophoresis and migration of erythrocyte in model group and lymph group were significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈 0.01). Blood relative viscosity, Hct, ESR and electrophoresis time of erythroeytes in lymph group were significantly increased than those of control group (P 〈 0.05 ~ 0.01). But the whole blood viscosity, relative viscosity, revert viscosity in lymph group were significantly lower than those of model group, erythroeyte deformability index was significantly higher than that of model group and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion Exogenous normal lymph could markedly improve the abnormal hemorrheological properties by Dextran 500.
