摘 要:目的:探讨上颌埋伏牙的CT分型及临床应用价值。方法:31例(34颗)上颌埋伏牙患者进行螺旋CT检查,分别行牙体轴位、冠状位和矢状位MPR重组。根据牙齿的形态、位置及生长方向进行分型。结果:上颌埋伏牙弯曲型20颗和非弯曲型14颗。弯曲型上颌埋伏牙唇颊向倒置型4颗、唇颊向非倒置型6颗、舌腭向倒置型5颗、舌腭向非倒置型5颗。非弯曲型近中型5颗,远中型2颗,垂直型1颗,平行埋伏牙4颗,倒置型2颗。结论:上颌埋伏牙的CT分型反映了上颌埋伏牙的不同特点,可指导制定手术方案。Objective:To study the value of the new CT typing in maxilla buried teeth .Methods:Thin slice helical CT scanning was undergone in 31 cases with buried teeth. MPR image of the axial, coronal and sagittal position of the teeth were obtained. CT typing about maxillar buried teeth was divided depending on the shape, position and growth direction. Results: The maxilla buried teeth had curve type 20 cases and un-curve type 14 cases depending on the shape of teeth, lip-buccal inversion 4 teeth, lip-buccal un-inversion 6 teeth, tongue-palate inversion 5 teeth and tongue-palate un-inversion type 5 cases depending on the growth direction in the crave type, near-axis 5 teeth, distant-axis 2 teeth, vertical to axis 1 teeth, parallel to axis 4 teeth and inversion 2 teeth in the un-curve type. Conclusion:The different feature of maxillar buried teeth were reflected by the new typing project. It is useful for selecting of method for clinical treatment.
