摘  要:目的:探讨抗抑郁药物对抑郁模型大鼠海马星形胶质细胞的作用及机制。方法:采用孤养与CUMS联合建立抑郁模型,旷场分析和液体消耗实验进行行为学观察。对抑郁模型进行氟西汀、噻奈普汀、生理盐水灌胃30天,GFAP免疫组化观察星型胶质细胞数量。结果:应激+氟西汀组、应激+噻奈普汀组与应激+生理盐水组比较旷场分析、液体消耗试验及免疫组化图像分析均有显著性差异。结论:抗抑郁药物能促进抑郁模型大鼠海马星形胶质细胞增生,星形胶质细胞可能参与抑郁症的病理生理机制。Objective: To study the mechanism of antidepressant in the astrocyte in the rat hippocampus of depression model. Mehtods: The depression model of rat was produced by separation and chronic unpredicted mild stress.The behavior was measured by open-field and fliud consumption test. The number of astrocyte in hippocampus was assessed by GFAP immunohistocbemisty after intragastric administration with fluoxetine,tianeptine and normal sodium for 30 days. Results: The number of astrocyte in hippocampus was decreased in stress group compared with normal group. After administration for 30 days, the number of astrocyte in hippocampus was increased in fluoxetine group and tianeptine group as compared with normal sodium group. Conclusions: Chronic antidepressant treatment significantly increases the astrocyte in the rat hippocampus of depression model.Astrocytes may be correlated with the pathophysiology of depression.
