摘 要:目的:研究藤茶的抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组、阳性药物组和实验组,用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导小鼠肠迟发过敏反应及结肠炎症和溃疡,然后用藤茶水提取物灌胃治疗结肠炎;观察疾病活动指数、结肠大体和镜下改变;采用角叉莱胶致足肿胀实验方法,对藤茶水提物的抗炎作用进行了研究。结果:藤茶水提物在所试剂量范围内(2g、4g、8g生药/k/d)具有较明显的抗炎作用,特别是大、中剂量组的疾病活动指数、组织病理学评分均显著降低(P<0.01);足肿胀明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论:藤茶水提取物有抗炎及免疫调节作用。此实验为藤茶的临床应用提供了理论依据。Objective: To investigate the cane tea anti-inflammation and immunity control action. Methods: 50 mice were randomly divided into control group, the positive drng group and the experimental group. The mice were induced intestine delayed allergic reaction, the colon inflammation and ulcer by 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzol (DNCB), then treated colitis with the cane tea extraction by perfusing stomach. Observed disease activity index, the colon change under macro-and microscope; Also observed the effect of cane tea extraction on anti-inflammation by the way of using jiao cha000 to induce feet swelling in mice. Results: The cane tea extraction responsible for the anti - inflammation effect in the dose range (2g, 4g, 8g crude drugs/K/D), particularly the disease activity index and pathological score decreased significantly in the big, the middle dose group. ( P 〈 0.01) ; The feet swelling obviously reduce ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusions : The cane tea extraction have performed the anti-inflammation and the immunity control action. This experiment has provided the theory basis for the clinical usage of the cane tea.
