摘　　要：上期我们刊登了莫京辉老师的文章《新电泳涂装线投产前的生产调试》，当中介绍了新电泳涂装线投产前的准备工作、槽液的配制及系统的试运行和试涂装。本期，莫老师又在此基础上举实例介绍了配制电泳槽液的工艺操作规程，即投槽执行书，包括投槽四步骤的主要内容安排，具体投憎工作的内容及日程安排，配漆所需材料、设备、配方及配制工艺和电泳施工参散等。The process of how to make up the electrophoresis tank and materials for coating is detailded with practial cases by expert Mo Jinghui. The four main steps are： making a plan and agenda; praparing all the neede materials and adjusting the equipment for coating, choosing the right process, and collecting the relvent e ectrodeposition parameters.
