摘 要:发展了一种模拟过载与振动耦合条件下的绝热层烧蚀试验方法,研制了试验装置,利用收敛管使颗粒聚集来模拟过载条件下发动机内的高浓度颗粒流,振动通过激振电机、活动台架和弹簧组件来产生。用该试验装置针对5-II材料开展了模拟过载和振动耦合条件下的烧蚀试验,试验工况模拟了飞行高过载(横纵向50g)和振动(频率49.3Hz,加速度幅值12g、频率48.8Hz,加速度幅值15.4g)的耦合状态。试验发现5-II材料试件表面被颗粒冲蚀出了明显的凹坑,烧蚀要比常规条件下的大很多,这主要是由过载造成的。通过分析,认为在文中试验条件下,振动对高浓度颗粒冲蚀产生的绝热层烧蚀有一定的弱化。A technique to investigate ablation characteristics of insulators of solid rocket motor in simulated high acceleration and vibrancy condition was developed. A test facility with convergence tube was designed to simulate high-density particle stream of SRM combustion chamber under flying acceleration and simulated vibrancy by assembled electromotor, motion table and spring. Ablation experiments of 5-II insulator samples were carried out using this test facility. The test cases simulated flying acceleration, which was similar to that in the chamber of rocket motor with 50g longitudinal and lateral accelerations, and vibrancy coupled condition. The vibration frequencies and acceleration amplitude were 49.3Hz, 12g, and 48.8Hz, 15.4g, respectively. The experimental results showed that a cavity was formed on the surface of 5-II insulator sample due to the erosion of highly concentrated particles stream and ablation was more serious than normal condition's. The conclusion could be drawn that vibrancy weakened the erosion causing by highly concentrated particles stream to some degree.
