对医院大型检查中护士应激-适应不良的干预

摘　　要：目的针对现时期医院各类大型检查中护士由于应激-适应不良导致的身体和心理不适进行疏导,使护士较好地应对竞争激烈的社会环境,减缓各类检查带来的问题和压力。方法事先评估护士检查时的状态,通过生理防卫支持、心理防御支持、专业辅助支持、思想认识支持及正面鼓励支持对护士进行心理护理与疏导。结果通过干预使护士缓解了身体、心理、专业及思想上的压力,消除了紧张情绪,基本达到了良好适应和情绪的稳定。讨论预先评估和干预应激-适应不良,能使护士正确面对各种压力,在不稳定的内外环境中维持身心的平衡,有效防止应激-适应不良的发生。Objective Aiming at relieving physical and psychological discomforts of nurses caused by Stress-maladaptation during each large-scale hospital inspection at present, guiding them, so that the nurses can well adapt to the intense competitive social environment and relieve the problems and pressure caused by each kind of inspection. Methods Evaluating the nurses＇ state beforehand in the inspection, through physiological defense support, psychological defense support, specialized assistance support, ideological recognition support and positive encouragement supports to guide and mentally care for the nurse. Results Through the intervention, the physical, psychological, specialized and ideological pressure of nurses is relieved and the tension is eliminated. The nurses can achieve a stable state of adaptation and positive mood basically. Conclusion Evaluating in advance and intervening the Stress-maladaptation can make the nurses correctly face each kind of pressure, maintain physical and mental balance in the unstable internal and external environment, preventing the occurrence of the Stress-maladaptation effectively.
