摘  要:在吐温-60存在下,研究了硒(Ⅳ)与硫氰酸钾和乙基罗丹明B形成的三元离子缔合物的吸收光谱特性,最大吸收峰为605nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε605=1.50×10^6L/mol·cm,硒(Ⅳ)浓度在0.0-2.0μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。用巯基棉富集分离干扰离子,测定了水样和食品中痕量硒,结果满意。In this paper,an absorption spectrum character of ternary ion - association complex of trace selenium (Ⅳ) was studied. It is based on the fact that selenium(Ⅳ) forms ternary complex with thiocyanate (SCN-) and ethyl rhodamine B (ERB) in the presence of Tween-60. The maximum absorption peak is 605nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.5 × 10^6 L/mol · cm. The linear range is 0 - 2.0 μg/25 mL for selenium (Ⅳ). After interfeing ions of samples are eliminated by thiohydroxy cotton of enrichment and separation, this method was applied to the determination of trace selenium(Ⅳ) in water and food samples with satisfactory resuha.
