摘　　要：人的全面而自由的发展,是社会主义社会的本质要求；建设学习型社会,推进全体社会成员在思想、精神、智力、体力、社会关系等方面素质的全面发展,是实现人的全面而自由发展的必由之路。社会主义初级阶段,必须加强学习型社会建设,以全面提高社会成员的思想道德素质和科技文化素质,从而为最终实现人的全面而自由的发展积累社会物质条件。It is the basic requirement for man＇s all- around and free development, while the only way to realize it is to build a studyoriented society, promoting the whole society members＇ general development on their mentality, pneuma, intelligence, sinew and social relationship. It is important to strengthen the construction of the study-oriented society, improving the society members＇ morality and intelligence quality in the primary stage of socialism, hence in the end accumulating the material foundation for man＇s all - around and free development.
