摘　　要：方剂配伍规律是制约中医药现代化进程的关键环节。方剂配伍规律的现代研究经历从饮片到成分、从体外到体内、从单一方法研究到多学科技术融合的历程,在不同层面和不同角度上均取得了显著的进展,但仍存在许多问题,尤其是在方法学上有待于新的突破。本文总结了以往方剂的拆方研究、药理研究以及配伍的化学研究等工作,并针对所存在的问题提出了未来方剂配伍研究的思路与想法。The law of the compatibility of prescriptions is the key link that governs the progress of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The modem study of the compatibility of TCM prescriptions has undergone the course from the study of prepared pieces to that of the components of medicinal materials, from in vitro study to in vivo one of medicinal materials and from the study of unitary method to that of integration of multi-discipline and multi-technology, and markable progress has been achieved at all levels and from different angles of view. Nevertheless, there exist a lot of problems, especially in the study of methodology in which new breakthroughs have to be made. This article summarizes the work done in the studies on disassembling prescriptions, pharmacology and chemistry in the compatibility of prescriptions, and aiming at the said existing problems it proposes its thinking and ideas for future study of the compatibility of prescriptions.
