摘  要:目的:探讨组织芯片免疫组化方法在乳腺癌相关指标检测中的应用。方法:采用组织芯片免疫组化和传统免疫组化的方法分别检测了183例和30例乳腺癌组织中MMP-2,MMP-9,MMP-13的表达水平。结果:组织芯片免疫组化染色与传统免疫组化染色不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:高通量组织芯片免疫组化的方法在乳腺癌相关指标检测中可一次对多个样本进行多指标检测,大大节省了人力、物力和财力,值得进一步推广使用。Objective: To investigate the application of Microarray immunohistochemical technique in the detection of the index correlated with breast cancer. Methods: MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-13 were detected by Microarray immunohistochemical technique and traditional immunohistochemical technique in 183 patients and 30 patients with breast cancer respectively. Results: Microarray immunohistochemical technique has no significant difference compared with traditional immunohistochemical technique. (P〉0.05). Conclusion: High-flux Microarray immunohistochemical technique can detect several indexes for many samples one time in the detection of the index correlated with breast cancer. It could save manpower, materials and financial resources. It is worth to be spread and applicated.
