摘 要:目的:研究苦荞胚油对实验性高脂血症大鼠的降脂和抗氧化作用。方法:7w龄,60只W istar大鼠,按体重随机分为6组;除正常对照组外,其余各组用高脂饲料制作高脂血症动物模型,其中苦荞胚油分为0.2、0.5、1.0g/kg剂量组;以绞股兰总苷片为阳性对照组,剂量为0.032g/kg;正常组、模型组为10 mL/kg蒸馏水,各组每天灌胃一次,连续6周。最终测定血脂、肝脂和抗氧化相关指标。结果:与模型组相比,苦荞胚油各剂量组血清TG和肝脏MDA降低均达到极显著(P<0.01)水平;其中中剂量组降脂和抗氧化效果突出,其血清TC、血清MDA和肝脏TG降低均达到显著水平(P<0.05),肝脏TC降低达到非常显著水平(P<0.01)。结论:苦荞油有显著的降血脂、肝脂、抗肝脂氧化作用,对其降脂功能的利用应予以足够的重视。Objective: To study cholesterol -lowering effect by tartary buckwheat germ oil in hypercholester-olemic rat. Methods: 60 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 6 groups according to body weight. Except normal control group ( NC), every group was hypercholesterolemic model. NC and high - fat control group (HFC) were given distilled water 10mL/kg; positive control group(PC) was given Gynostemma Pantaphyllum total glucoside tablet 0. 032 g/kg; tartary buckwheat germ oil was added with dosage of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 g/kg respectively by gavage one time a day for 6 weeks. TG, TC, HDL - C, apoA1, apoB and MDA were detected respectively. Results: Compared with HFC, tartary buckwheat germ oil lowers serum TG( P 〈0.01 ) and hepatic MDA( P 〈0.01 ) in all groups. Medium dosage group has significant hypolipidemic effects : serum TC decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , hepatic TG lowered ( P 〈 0.05), hepatic TC lowered ( P 〈 0.01 ), and plasma MDA lowered ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : tartary buckwheat germ oil exhibits significant lowering effects for serum lipids and hepatic lipids, and effect of antioxidation.
