摘 要:通过离子束诱变皖鉴2090后代脂肪酶活性检测分析,获得了脂肪酶活性高低的近等基因系。利用人工加速老化实验进行了耐储藏性评价,并从近等基因系中选取一对脂肪酶活性不同的材料进行RAPD标记筛选,在650条随机引物中经过多次重复筛选,引物S1302、S1380在脂肪酶活性低的品种中稳定地显示特异的多态性。其中S1302被转化为SCAR标记。该标记的获得为进一步的分子标记辅助育种和图位克隆打下了坚实的基础。A set of Near-Isogenic Lines with different lipase activity were obtained from the descendant of rice variety Wanjian2090 mutagenized by ion-beam, and their storage characteristics were studied by an accelerated-aging experiment. A couple of cuhivars with different lipase activity were used to select RAPD molecular markers from 650 primers. Two primers S1302 and S1380 showed specific polymorphisms. The specific band of S1302 was converted into SCAR marker successfully. This marker lies a stable foundation for Molecular Marker Assistant Selecting and positional cloning.
