新建地方本科高校转型问题略论——以台州学院为例

摘　　要：大多新建地方本科高校是由师专升格而成的,这类院校都将面临着全面落实办学定位、加快办学转型的重任;要使学校建成名副其实、富有特色的地方综合性本科高校,需在构建办学职能、学科专业、人才培养模式、师资队伍、内部管理等转型基本目标的基础上,进一步确立“理念铸校、质量立校、人才强校、特色名校、和谐兴校”的办学理念,积极探索转型的具体途径。Many newly - built colleges, upgraded from normal schools, are facing the tasks of implementing the orientation for running a school and speeding up their transformation. In order to make a distinctive and name - worthy comprehensive local college out of the old one, the guiding principles of functions, study courses and fields, modes of cultivating talents, teachers training, inter - management should be formed. Meanwhile, the concept of ＂idea, quality, qualified personnel, characteristic and harmony＂ should be formulated. In addition, the detailed ways of transformation should be explored.
