摘　　要：企业的反伦理行为在给消费者和社会带来巨大损害的同时,也极大地影响着企业的声誉。企业发生伦理问题,既有经济制度方面的原因,也有企业自身组织、文化和领导者个人伦理道德状况方面的原因。因此,要减少企业伦理问题的发生就必须实施多方面的共同治理,建立起规范的市场经济秩序,加强企业的伦理型管理制度与机制的建设,而企业管理者也应注意自身修养,努力提高道德水平。The immoral action in business brings damage to costumers and society as well as to the enterprise＇s fame. The moral affair in business can be attributed to the economic system, the enterprise＇s structure and culture and the leader＇s standard of morals. A comprehensive administration is badly needed to reduce the immoral actions in business. We must regulate market economy order, enhance moral administration system and promote administrators＇ quality and moral standard.
