摘　　要：商团事变是中国近代史上首次出现的市民公开以武装形式反抗政府的事件。中国共产党对事变主张鲜明,目的主要是促进孙中山等“左转”,孤立打击国民党右派,促进工农运动发展,壮大其势力。共产党在事变过程中并非配角,甚至从某种意义上影响着事变的发展进程。对共产党在事变中的作用应予以客观评价。The Merchents＇ Corps Incident was the first citizens＇ revolt by armed force against the government in modern Chinese history. The Chinese Communist Party＇ s position was very clear and its purpose was to cause Sun Yat--sen to ＂turn left＂, to isolate and strike at the right wing of Guomintang, and to promote the development of the workers peasants＇ campaign. The communist party played an important role in and influenced the process of resolving the incident. An objective evaluaton of the role of the communist party should be givern.
