摘　　要：目的研究姬姆萨对小鼠肝脏显微结构的影响,探讨姬姆萨对小鼠的毒性作用。方法健康雄性昆明属小鼠20只,随机分对照组和实验组,对照组小鼠喂食自来水,实验组小鼠用含1%原液的姬姆萨喂食液喂食。10 d后,处死小鼠,取出肝脏,常规石蜡制片染色,光镜观察。结果实验组小鼠肝细胞出现明显水变性和点状坏死。结论姬姆萨喂食对小鼠肝脏的损伤,提示姬姆萨对小鼠有毒性作用。Objective To study the effect of Giemsa on micro.structure of mice liver, and discuss the toxic effect on mice. Methods Twenty healthy male mice of Kunming Genus, were divide into two groups at random： control group and test group. Running water was fed in the control group for 10 days, while 1% Giemsa running water readily prepared was fed in test group for 10 days. Then, the liver of rats was taken out, fix in the Bouin fixtion solution. The histological sections were prapared conventionally, and observed under the optical microscope. Results The hepatocyte showed obvious hydropic degeneration and spotty necrosis in test group. Conclusion Fed 1% Giemsa solution may cause damage of liver, it suggests that Giemsa possesses toxic effect on mice.
