摘  要:目的观察大鼠骨髓源性内皮祖细胞(EPCs)对颈动脉内膜损伤后新生内膜的影响。方法选取SD大鼠5只,以密度梯度离心法从骨髓获取EPCs。另取SD大鼠25只,建立大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤模型,分成EPCs移植组和对照组,于球囊损伤14d后处死大鼠,颈动脉切片观察骨髓EPCs对损伤内膜增殖的影响。结果颈动脉球囊损伤14d后EPCs移植组大鼠颈动脉损伤血管内膜/中膜面积比对照组明显减低(P<0.01)。结论移植的EPCs可到达内膜损伤部位并参与损伤血管内膜的修复,降低新生内膜增殖。Objective To investigate the influence of bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) to neointima formation, and to study the role of EPCs on intima repaired. Methods Thirty rats were enrolled. Five of them were selected as donor. Fifteen of them were selected as recipient. Others were selected as control group. Model was made by balloon damage carotid artery. After transplanted EPCs 14d,rats were killed and carotid arteries were sliced. Results Neointima formation in the transplant group was less than the unfransplant group. Conclusion EPCs can arrive the injury intima and reduce neointima formation.
