某校13107名学生HBsAg携带状况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解HBsAg在中学流行状况，流行特征，为制定预防措施提供依据。方法：调查1996～2003年在校学生13107名，取其静脉血采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），检测乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）。结果：HBsAg阳性率8年平均为14．91％，各年度检出率差异有统计学意义；男女学生HBsAg阳性率分别是17．15％和10．16％，城乡学生FIBsAg阳性率分别是13．15％和16．04％，差异均有统计学意义；ALT检测：男女生检出率分别是0．37％和0．23％，城乡学生检出率分别是0．27％和0．36％，均无明显差异。HBV感染标志物4项检测，“大三阳”占35．43％，“小三阳”占52．69％，HBsAg和HbcAb均阳性者，占11．91％。结论：加强对新生的体检，进行相关知识的教育，提高学生的自我保健意识，降低HBV的校内传播。Objective： To understand the status and characteristics of HBsAg carriers in high school students, to provide scientific basis for further prevention of the HBV infection in high school campus. Methods： Blood samples were collected intravenously from 13 107 students in a period of 8 years from 1996 to 2003. Serum Hepatitis B surface Antigens （Hl3sAg） were examined by using enzyme-linked immuncsorbant assay （ELISA）. Results： Average Hl3sAg incidence in 8 years was 14.91%. Significant difference in HBsAg incidence was found between male （17.15%） and female （10.6%） students and also between urban （13.15%） and suburban （16.04%） students. ALT from each student was also examined and no significant difference was found between male （0.37%） and female （0.23%） students as well as between urban （0.27%） and suburban （0.36%） students. Four types of tests related to HBV infection showed following results： 35.43% subjects had positive HBsAg, HBeAg, and HIMAb; 52.69% had positive HBeAg, HBcAb, and HBeAb; and 11.91% had positive HBsAg and HBsAg. Conclusion： Physical examination, which including HBsAg test, should be performed to each of new students. The students should be provided with hepatitis - B related knowledge so as to increase students＇ capability on self - protection of HBV infection and reduce the spread of HBV infection in campus.
