论高校后勤社会化改革中的责任意识

摘　　要：责任意识是主体在理解一定条件下自身角色和社会要求的基础上,把握自身行为及其结果,使之符合社会要求的观念、情感、意愿。在后勤社会化改革过程中,其参与主体———政府、学校、后勤服务部门以及后勤职工的责任意识在短时间内受到很大冲击。文章在对这些主体在后勤社会化改革过程中的责任意识进行简单分析的基础上,重点对后勤服务部门管理者的责任意识进行了阐述。Responsibility consciousness means that on the basis of understanding one＇s own role and the social requirements under certain condition, the subject holds his own behavior and consequence, makes it accord with idea, emotion and will which are coherent with the social requirement. While during the process of logistics socialized reform, the responsibility consciousness of the government, school, logistic services division and logistic workers is assaulted greatly within a short time. On the basis of briefly analyzing these responsibility consciousnesses during the logistics socialized reform, the article especially illustrated the responsibility consciousness of the administrator of logistic services division.
