摘　　要：高校教学秘书专业化是教学管理改革与发展的时代潮流,教学秘书的专业素质是教学秘书专业化发展的核心。教学秘书专业化发展要适应教学秘书高学历化和能力复合化的要求。只有教学秘书专业化水平的不断提升,才能保障高质量的教学管理水平。The professionalization of teaching secretaries in Universities is the times current of teaching management reform and development. The professional quality of teaching secretaries is the core of teaching secretary professionalization. The development of teaching secretary professionalization must adapt to the need of advanced educational background and the complex ability of teaching secretaries. The promoting continuously of the level of teaching secretary professionalization can guarantee the teaching management level of the high quantity.
