对东北老工业基地国有企业制度创新的分析

摘　　要：振兴东北老工业的本质是创新,主要指企业制度的创新。企业制度创新包括企业在产权制度、收入分配制度和如何充分发挥企业家价值等方面的改革,其中的产权制度改革是企业制度创新的基础。The essence is creating in order to developing northeast industrial base vigorously. The precursor is to change conception. Developing the soft environment is the key point and new breakthrough. Here the ＂creating＂mainly refers to the innovation of the enterprise system which including the system of property right and the system of income distribution and the reformation of inspirating the enterprisers＇ value. The system of property right is the base of the enterprise in creating new system.
