摘  要:目的探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)浸润性生长和神经周侵袭之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测21例涎腺腺样囊性癌及8例正常涎腺组织标本中神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体酪氨酸激酶(TrkA)和p75NTR的表达情况。结果正常涎腺组织的腺泡细胞中未见NGF,p75和TrkA阳性染色,在导管细胞中NGF75%阳性染色。在SACC肿瘤细胞胞浆中NGF81%阳性染色,p75NTR76%阳性染色,未见TrkA阳性染色。在癌周组织及神经纤维中发现NGF的阳性表达。NGF和p75NTR在腺样囊性癌的各病理分型中表达无明显差异。结论NGF和p75NTR的分泌在SACC肿瘤细胞的浸润性生长和神经周侵袭的过程中扮演重要的角色。Objective: To investigate the expressions of nerve growth factor (NGF) and its receptors, TrkA and p75NTR,in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and their relationship with perineural invasion. Methods: The expressions of NGF, TrkA, and p75NTR in 21 cases of SACC and 8 normal salivary gland tissues were measured by using immunohistochemistry SABC method. Results: In normal salivary glands, no positive staining of NGF, TrkA, and p75NTR was found in the acinic cells, and the positive staining rate of NGF was 75% in ductal cells. In SACC, the positive staining rates of NGF and p75NTR were 81% and 76%, and no positive staining of TrkA was found. There was no significant difference in the expressions of NGF and p75NTR between SACC of different pathological types. Conclusion: NGF and p75NTR may play an important role in the infiltration and perineural invasion of SACC.
