卵巢原发癌和转移癌中Survivin的表达与VEGF的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白SurvivinmRNA在卵巢原发癌和转移癌中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法应用原位杂交技术检测SurvivinmRNA;免疫组化S-P法检测VEGF蛋白在卵巢正常组织、良恶性肿瘤和卵巢转移癌中的表达。结果Survivin、VEGF在卵巢原发癌和转移癌与卵巢良性肿瘤、卵巢正常组织中阳性表达率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Survivin与VEGF在卵巢原发癌和转移癌中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.317)。VEGF在卵巢原发癌中表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Survivin、VEGF在卵巢原发癌和转移癌中的高表达,可能参与卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生发展和转移。Objective： To explore the correlation between the expressions of survivin mRNA and vascular endothelial cell growth factor （VEGF） in primary and metastatic ovarian cancer. Methods： The expressions of survivin mRNA and VEGF in normal ovarian tissues and tissue samples from benign, malignant, and metastatic ovarian cancer were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry S-P method, respectively. Results： The positive expression rates of survivin and VEGF in primary and metastatic ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in normal ovary and benign ovrian cancer （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a positive correlation between the expressions of survivin and VEGF in primary and metastatic ovarian cancer （ r = 0.317）. Conclusion： The high expressions of survivin and VEGF in primary and metastatic ovarian cancer may be involved in the development and metastasis of malignant ovarian cancer, and, to some extent, affect the tumor angiogenesis.
