商业银行网络与企业结算系统关系研究

摘　　要：目前企业集团大多建立了结算中心模式下的资金集中控制制度。传统结算中心与企业外部网络脱离,不利于企业的资金结算和集中控制的提高;依托商业银行网络建立的银企网络可以解决这一问题;更进一步,企业可以与商业银行建立战略联盟,更充分分享金融结算网络的优势。将来的结算中心则会在此基础上向着全面整合企业资源发展。Nowadays, cash pooling control system is widely established in enterprise groups, based on their balancing centers. Traditional balancing center is isolated from external network, which goes against cash pooling system or central control principle. This paper suggests settling that question by extending the balancing system depending on the net of commercial bank. Furthermore, enterprise can establish strategic alliance so as to make use of the financial balancing network. And the author anticipates that future balancing centers will develop the role of integrating total resources of enterprise.
