摘　　要：保障农民工权益是构建和谐社会的重要内容。当前我国农民工的经济权益、政治权益和文化权益正遭受不同程度的忽视或侵犯。文章从构建和谐社会的要求出发,提出维护农民工权益的对策。Protection of the interests of rural migrant workers is one important part for the construction of a harmonious society. Nowadays, their economical, political, cultural interests have been ignored or invaded to some degree. The article puts forward some strategies to protect the interests of rural migrant workers according to the demands of the construction of a harmonious society.
