网络组织视角下的中小企业竞争力——基于企业资源选择子系统的信息效率分析

摘　　要：中小企业已经成为我国最活跃、最具潜力的新经济增长点。本文在阐述网络组织、企业竞争力等概念的基础上,提出了企业资源配置系统,并构建其结构模型。同时,利用系统可靠度分析方法,研究跨企业边界网络组织对中小企业资源选择子系统的信息效率产生的影响,由此得出企业参与网络组织可以促进企业竞争力的结论。论文中的观点及思路可以为广大中小企业更好地将自身有限的资源集中于核心能力的培养提供借鉴。The small and medium-sized enterprises have been the most active and potential new sources of economic growth in our country. Based on the concepts of network organization and enterprise competitiveness, this paper expounds a enterprise ＇ resources allocation system, and constructs its structural model. At the same time, hy the method of analyzing the reliability of a system, this paper studies the effects of a cross-boundary network organization, which relate to the information efficiency of a resource selection sub-system for a small and medium-sized enterprise, and draws a conclusion that taking part in a network organization can enhance the enterprise competitiveness . This viewpoints and the way of thinking would provide some suggestions for a small and medium-sized enterprise to focus its limited resources on core competence best.
