摘　　要：加强高校校园网络信息建设与管理工作,是新形势新任务下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的迫切需要。本文分析了信息时代网络给人们带来的积极作用和负面影响;并就新形势下如何更好地利用网络,加强网上思想政治教育进行了探讨。Reinforcing the construction and administration of the college network information is an pressing demand posed by the necessity of shaping qualified builders and reliable successors for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper analyzes the positive and negative influences brought about by the information network. Moreover, it aims to have a deep research on how to make better use of the network nowadays and strengthen the net education on the ideology and politics.
