摘 要:使用Span类乳化剂和IPS类连续相,制备了以AM和ST水溶液为分散相、相体积分数超过临界体积分数的超浓W/O乳液,研究了乳液的稳定行为及聚合特征。得出当水相体积分数超过74%的临界体积分数后,分散相液滴已变形成由连续相油膜分隔的“多面液胞”,因此出现了高分散相下的超常稳定行为。聚合实质是“液胞”中的聚合,由于。液胞”被油膜固定而不能自由流动及各“液胞”中的单体极少互相迁移,使之成为一种全新的聚合过程,不仅继承了乳液聚合速率快、分子量大、易散热的特点,而且还具有固体份高、设备利用率大、油耗低、产品稳定的优点,有极好的工业化前景。Using SPAN as emulsfier and IPS as the continuous phase, a series of concentratedW/O emulsion d acryamide (AM) with starch (ST) were developed.The behavior of the emulsions, in which the ratios of the aqueous dispersed phase comprised by the solutions of AM and STexceed the critical phase ratios, were studied, so that Fd=0.85 the 'polyhedral Cell apopred asthe dispersed Phase. the act Polymerization d AM and ST in the emulsion, in actual fact,achieved within the 'Polyhedral cells'. Hence most droplets the dispersed phase are present Pas .'polyhedral cells', separated and fixed by oil fixed of the phase. Free flow andintermigration of the aq.
