摘 要:对应用于非开挖纺织翻衬修复技术中的管状纺织复合材料的织造工艺、压膜工艺与浸树脂工艺进行了研究探讨。并对管状织物、纺织内衬软管与纺织内衬钢管的基本性能进行了测试,测试结果表明产品符合美国材料和试验协会标准。对厚度指标,采用灰色理论对实验结果进行分析,建立了GM(1,2)灰色预报模型,这样可通过工程的需要由最终所需的纺织内衬钢管厚度来确定或者预报预成型件管状织物的厚度,对相关的研究和应用有一定的参考意义。The paper studied the weaving process, molding technique and resin treatment of the tubular fabric composite material for repairing the textile lining of a tube under non-digging out conditions. The basic properties of the tubular fabric, flexible textile lining hose and rigid textile lining tube were tested, and it is found that the test results are up to the standard of ASTM (American standard of testing materials). For the thickness, it adopts grey theory to analyze the test results, so it establishes GM (1,2) grey forecast model, then through the thickness of rigid textile lining tube required by an engineering work, the model can determine and/or forecast the thickness of pre-formed tubular fabric. It has certain significance for future research and application.
