结扎丝与结扎圈在正畸应用中的比较研究

摘  要:目的比较两种弓丝结扎方式的椅旁时间以及探讨固定正畸中患者龋易感性的变化与结扎材料的选择是否有关。方法随机选择使用固定矫治器治疗的44名患者,采用随机法在牙列一侧使用结扎丝结扎,另一侧使用结扎圈结扎,并比较两者的椅旁时间。患者托槽周围的菌斑进行细菌厌氧培养,研究正畸治疗3个月患者牙面变形链球菌附着情况的变化。结果用结扎丝的拆、扎上下半口弓丝的总时平均为170.86s,用结扎圈的拆、扎上下半口弓丝的总时平均为121.47s。经统计学分析,两者之间均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。而固定矫治器黏结后托槽周围牙面菌斑变形链球菌数量和在总菌中的百分比有显著增高,但两种材料牙面菌斑比较无明显差异。结论固定矫治器黏结后患者龋易感性增强。结扎材料的选择并不会对相应牙面菌斑的致龋性产生直接的影响。用结扎圈进行弓丝结扎能够节省椅旁时间,提高工作效率。但结扎圈的使用不能完全替代结扎丝。Objective To compare chairtimes of the two different ligatures and evaluate the relationship between changes in microbial populations of streptococcus mutans and increase the caries-associated capability. Methods 44 patients undergoing fixed appliance treatment were observed.S.mutans and total anaerobic bacteria around brackets were cultured anaerobically. Studies in above, in a denture side using stainless steel ligature and another side using elastometrie rings at random. And nearby two chairtimes were compared. Results The study showed the mean time of elastometrie rings was 121.47 seconds. It was very smaller to compare with the time of 170.86 seconds with stainless steel ligature. After statistics analysis, two had significant differences (P〈0.001). In the meantime, the number and the percentage of S.mutans were increased after three months bonding fixed apllianee. But there was no difference between two ligated materials. Conclusions The finding suggested the caries-associated capability of plaque was increased.But selected ligated materials had no direct relation. Elastometrie rings reduced ehairtimes thus maximizing clinical efficiency while elastometrie rings could not substitute completely stainless steel liguature.
