摘 要:目的探讨颞叶癫痫大鼠海马CA1区突触超微结构与空间记忆能力改变的关系。方法以海人酸杏仁核微量注射建立经典的雄性Wistar大鼠颞叶癫痫化学点燃模型,分别于点燃后11d、17d、21d测定大鼠的空间记忆能力,并观察第21d海马CA1区神经毡突触超微结构变化。结果颞叶癫痫大鼠空间记忆能力减低,同时伴有海马CA1区神经毡内突触数密度降低(P<0.05),突触活性区膜面积缩小(P<0.05),突触界面曲率降低(P< 0.05),比表面减小(P<0.05),突触小泡数密度降低(P<0.05)。结论颞叶癫痫大鼠海马CA1区神经毡内突触损害和活力可能是导致其空间记忆能力下降的重要机制。Objective To investigate the relationship between the synaptic uhrastructure of CA1 region in hippocampus and the space memory ability in temporal lobe epileptic male rats. Methods Temporal lobe epileptic typical model was established in male Wistar rats kindled by kainic acid microinjected into right ucleus amygdalae. Space memory ability assay was performed on the 11d, 17d and 21d after kainic acid injection,as well as the synaptic ultrastructural observation in CA1 region on the 21d. Results The space memory was damaged in temporal lobe epileptic rats,simultaneously accompanied by synaptic parametes significant changes, including the reduction of synaptic density,synaptic active area,synaptic interface curvature,surface ratio and synaptic vesicles density(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The injury of synaptic uhrastructure of CA1region in hippocampus may be an important mechanism underlining the damage of space memory ability in temporal lobe epileptic male rats.
