摘　　要：本文对唐律共同犯罪制度中共同犯罪的种类、对共同犯罪人的处罚等内容进行了分析论证,并就其中一些对现行刑法共同犯罪制度完善具有借鉴意义的做法进行了初步探讨。This article analyzes the kind of the joint crime and the penalty to joint offenders in the Code of Tang Dynasty and in which there are some significant provisions that can be used for reference to the theory on joint crime of current criminal law.
